Our carrot honey is harvested in France, on the seed carriers in pollination around Lectour in the Gers. It is a rare honey because carrots are rarely allowed to flower, they are harvested before.
Its colour is ochre and its texture is creamy. It is rich in flavours with acidulous and fruity notes and a light carrot aroma at the end of the palate.
Carrot honey is a powerful antioxidant. It is known to give vigour to the skin tone. It is recommended for intestinal transit due to its high fibre content.
